We spent the weekend with our college friends Erik & Crystal at their new home in Charlotte, North Carolina. They took us up to the mountains where we had a picnic lunch, went for a short hike and sampled several wines at a local winery. The leaves were still very colorful and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed visiting them and hope to do several more weekend trips with them! Thanks Erik & Crystal for a great weekend and for letting us bring along the dogs- they slept all day and night when we got back!
On our way back from North Carolina, we stopped by the new house to find that they had started drywalling the interior. Not too much longer before it will be much easier to visualize the inside!!
